We want you to be fully satisfied with your dark aesthetic; if your purchase doesn't fit your soul or your body, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all Gothic tags and lace detailing intact.

Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original Punk Rave packaging, ensuring all decorative hardware and accessories are protected.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; keep your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our vault receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
